Trying to get "jQuery" to work...  So far, ASIS,  No work...

Well, Well!!  Working now!  (Must keep regular JavaScript  separate from jQuery  ??)

They must be in separate  <script></script>  parts:  maybe  ??

Regular  'JavaScript'  does NOT work,  when  "jQuery"  is working...

right now, a lot  more  of java stuff  IS  working  ??   YES

Rearrange java; put source in head, combine what works, separate what does NOT work
