Church Board of Directors Meetings (BOD) are held monthly on the third or fourth Sunday, or, whenever needed.  Anyone who has New Business to discuss during the Sunday afternoon BOD meeting, please write them down on paper and place a copy of it in the BOD members mailboxes on the Sunday before the BOD meeting.  This is a newly changed rule to help with meeting duration and flow.  All BOD members are urged to check their mailbox after the evening service as there may be those who only attend the evening service and have items for new business.  This way everyone will be prepared for the BOD meeting and aware of topics for discussion. (No other new church business [unless it is a church business emergency] will be accepted at the Board Meeting if it has not already been sent by email to David so he can prepare a written board meeting agenda for all to read and discuss at the meeting.)

[Board NOTE:  David needs the following, and says: "Please send all 'New Business'  from anyone who has any new church business, by email to:  dthoward64@comcast.net  (David Howard, the church clerk) by Thursday,  10-20-2011, as well as 'Team Reports'  from all Team Ministries Leaders."]

Next Board Meeting is Tuesday, October 18, at 7pm.

Two Church Congregational Meetings are held each year, one in the Spring and the other in the Fall, and/or,  whenever needed.  This is the type of meeting where the church as a whole makes decisions, votes, and elects.  There is an agenda and items to vote on.  This is the time when church board members are elected, and other local business taken care of.  Local church members only may vote, but all may attend and have their input into the process. This is like being a part of The Lord's Legislature, so to speak.
